Sarah has worked in the wine trade for 16 years. Her day job is being the Director of ‘Swirl’, a wine marketing, education and events company she founded in 2006. Every day, in her work, she looks for the stories in every bottle. And then it’s her joyful mission to share them. Sarah is much in demand as a professional palate and is a panel chair at the International Wine Challenge.
