Tickets are now on sale for the next live ‘Best of’ Tim Atkin MW tasting, which is being held at Westminster Chapel, Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6BS on Tuesday 3rd November from 5.30-8.30pm.
The Best of Portugal tasting will provide a unique overview of what’s happening right now in this fascinating Old World country.
Beth Willard went to Portugal earlier this year, and tasted a vast range of wines for the timatkin.com Portugal Special Report. Close to 100 different producers and 672 wines feature in the final report, including many older vintages that show the wonderful ageing potential of Portuguese wines, as well as future releases still in tank and barrel. This tasting features wines that scored over 93 points in the report – the best of the best. Beth even found her first Portuguese 100 point wine!
She says:
